The Next Era of Stablecoins
Apyx is the first Dividend-Backed Stablecoin (DBS) protocol — a new category of onchain savings infrastructure that's been built to be the most scalable, transparent, and sustainable source of yield for dollar-denominated stablecoins. The days of onchain high yield coming from opaque trading strategies is over. With Apyx, enhanced yield comes from the dividend layer created by publicly traded Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) preferred equity.
DATs are public companies that place digital assets at the center of their financial strategy and expand their holdings through capital markets funding. To finance that accumulation, they issue preferred equity that pays recurring cash dividends. These dividend streams are structured, transparent, and verifiable on public balance sheets. Apyx captures those cash flows and converts them into programmable onchain yield.
Our core product, apxUSD, is a synthetic dollar backed by preferred shares issued by the most established DATs. The yield generated by those holdings flows into apyUSD, our savings asset, which is designed to deliver double-digit returns at scale — without relying on opaque leverage, hidden trading engines, or strategies that erode as they grow. APYX is the protocol's native governance token, which may be used at a later date to influence the future, development, and treasury management of the protocol.
Apyx is built by a team of crypto and traditional finance veterans with deep experience in capital markets, digital assets, and the DAT model. The protocol launched on Ethereum in February 2026, with Solana support to follow.
